  • Saturday SCS coffee club (post Bend & Stretch) at 9am at Suspension each week.

  • 'Move Smart' Class - 2nd Monday of the month- Monthly Technique & Functional Movement Assessments to help you track your movement progress (without a scale!) This class will be a requirement for all new members.

  • Monthly Instagram/Facebook Live to help our members tackle challenges to moving for their minds! These themed videos will be saved into our IGTV library so you can access them every week!

How do I get started?

Book your ' Self Care Cuppa Consult' below to get started!  

Chloe & Ellen love to welcome ALL new girl gang members into our sisterhood with a good old cuppa & chat so they can serve you well. 

1. Book yourself in for a "Self Care Cuppa Consult" (a complimentary 30 minute consult session)- See button below. 

2.  Join Chloe or Ellen at the studio for a coffee & a chat (our shout!) so we can hear your story and talk about any injuries, illness/conditions that you may have. We are a weight-neutral studio so we don’t weigh or measure our clients at any point - we simply want to get to know you & see if we would be a good fit! Our self care cuppa helps us to understand what you & your body are needing & we can make some grace-filled goals that reflect that!

3. We will figure out together the best 'Self Care Soft Start’- a plan to help you get moving for your mind sustainably on your terms. We are big believers in - your body, your pace, your way.
