How do I get started?

Book your 'Cuppa w/ Chloe' below to get started!  

Chloe loves to welcome ALL of our new girl gang members into our sisterhood with a good old cuppa & chat so she can serve you well. 

1. Book yourself in for a "Cuppa with Chloe" (a complimentary 30 minute consult session)- See button below. 

2.  Join Chloe at her studio for a coffee & a chat (her shout!) so she can hear your story and talk about any injuries, illness/conditions that you may have. This helps Chloe to see what you & your body are needing & we can make some grace-filled goals that reflect that!

3. We will then make a clear 'Self Care Plan' together that suits you & gets you moving for your mind on your terms.  



Membership Terms & Conditions

We want all our members to read, understand & accept our membership terms & conditions upon registering as a SCS Girl Gang member.

Membership Fees

Membership fees are paid in advance, weekly via direct debit. You must make sure there is enough money in your account on the payment day.

If you do not fully pay your fees on the due date, you will receive an automated email from Stripe and your account will be suspended until any outstanding balance has been paid (this will mean you are unable to use our facilities).

Stripe will continue to collect your membership fee without notice, until we have received the total amount you owe. You will be given one allowance for late payment, however if funds are not available on our second attempt to collect (usually within 24hrs) this will incur a $20 late payment fee. After TWO missed payments your membership will be cancelled and you will be required to sign up at the current online membership rate.

The Self Care Sisterhood will make a reasonable effort to advise you on the status of the failed payments by letting you know beforehand by: • phoning you • writing to the email address you provided or contacting you on social media.

Change of Terms

The Self Care Sisterhood will sometimes add to, change or remove our terms and conditions. This includes changing of the opening and closing hours, the services and facilities and membership fees. Sometimes, we may also close for refurbishment to improve the facilities or for other reasons. If this substantially reduces our ability to provide our service to you, we will reduce your membership fees accordingly on a pro-rata basis. The most up-to-date terms and conditions always apply. The Self Care Sisterhood will give you at least 28 days’ notice of any changes. If we do not fulfil our obligations to you, you may be able to cancel your membership. Unless the law states otherwise, you won’t have any other claim against us if this happens.

Membership Increases

The Self Care Sisterhood reserves the right to increase your fees only at any time after your agreement has ended. We will make a reasonable effort to tell you about this at least 28 days beforehand by writing to the address you last gave us (which may be an email address). We will consider that you have received our letter or email on the second business day after it is sent. Where we have made a reasonable effort to let you know about a fee increase, you authorise us to increase any debits from your nominated account.

Suspensions and Cancellations

We understand that from time to time you may not be able to train due to holidays, rest periods, becoming sick or injured or wish to cancel your membership altogether.

The following rules apply to suspensions and cancellations:

Suspensions: Memberships can be suspended for any reason. Two week minimum suspension, Four week maximum suspension each year.

A one-off ADMIN FEE of $20 for each suspension will be charged.

Suspensions must provide two weeks notice and cannot be backdated. If you suspend before your contract is finished, your contract will be extended by the period of your extension.

Cancellations: Two weeks written notice (via email only) is required for cancellations, unless you have signed up to a set membership where you will use the agreed dates as set by your contract length (3 or 6 months).

Attendance, Signing In For Class & Late Fees

Due to the boutique nature of our classes (max 14 ppl) we require all members to sign in for all sessions they intend to attend. Members can sign in for class online via: the “Member Login” at or they can download the APP “PTMINDER” & log in using their PC username & password.

Members are required to cancel their attendance at least 4 or more hours before the start of class. If not a “No show/Late fee” will apply from August 31, 2018. Fees will be charged to your account as follows:

Early Cancel ($0 Fee):

If you are no longer able to attend a class that you have booked, you can cancel that class at least 8 hours prior to class start time without being assessed a fee.

No-Show ($6 Fee):

If you do not cancel a class you have reserved prior to the start time of the class or cancel within 8 hours of the class start time, you will be assessed a “No-Show Fee”. Due to the small group nature of our class this ensures all members are able to attend class without disturbance. Our in-app class push notifications ensure it is easy for members to cancel out before the class cutoff.

Personal Training/Self Care Coaching - Attendance & Cancellations.

PT/Coaching cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be deducted/charged as if you had attended. Clients who consecutively cancel their pre-booked session 3 or more times under the '8 hour' timeframe may be prevented from booking future sessions. On all Personal Training packages, casual class passes & packages- No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind.

Use of Images

You agree to allow The Self Care Sisterhood to take a video or photo to use for promotion purposes from time to time. We respect all members right to decline a photo for personal reasons.
