Covid-safe Policies

(updated 27/10/2021)

In line with the NSW Public Health Order, You must have received both doses of a Covid vaccine to attend studio classes.
- You'll need to show a staff member your proof of vaccination when you enter the studio. You can read about the forms of proof of vaccination you can show here

- We (and you) are liable for big fines if we breach the public health order, so please look after everyone and do the right thing! If you’re not yet fully vaccinated, you can still move for your mind with our online classes and on-demand library!

All our trainers are fully vaccinated! We want to ensure we are looking after the most vulnerable in our community to keep each other safe

Use the QR code at the front door to check in when you arrive for class. Again, this is a condition of entry as per NSW Government. We’ll have a sign-in sheet you can use if you don't have a smartphone.

Our class sizes are already capped at 12-16 people (as they’ve always been!) so they’re well within the Covid-safe limit of 20 people.

Please stay home and get tested if you’re feeling unwell with any symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, etc.) or if you have been identified as a close/casual contact, to keep you and the rest of the girl gang safe!

Everyone is required to wear a mask before and after class - you may take it off when you are exercising (if you have a medical exemption, please contact us)

Please ensure you keep a distance of 1.5m between yourself and other people wherever possible. We have plenty of space in the studio for you to spread out! Our classes will have minimal sharing of equipment and we’ll have sanitising stations with hand sanitiser and disinfectant for you to use.
