Strong academy provides a unique container of a 4 clients to 1 trainer ratio to help you learn the fundamental movement patterns - squat, lunge, hinge (deadlifts/hip thrusts), pushes, pulls and carries so you can build confidence moving in and out of the gym, gain energy + become your strongest self!
