Your Boundaries Matter

Here are some ways we empower you to set boundaries in classes at the SCS:

💕 The Blanket Rule. In any class at the SCS, you are allowed to take a rest/break at any time. You’ll never be singled out for doing so, and you can rejoin the class whenever you’re ready.

❤️ The Wink Rule. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or struggling with a movement in class, you can always access help from your coaches with a wink or a wave. We will support you with finding an option that works for you and your unique body, because fitness is not ‘one size fits all’!

🌻 Body Autonomy: “I am the boss of my body. My teachers are there to guide me towards fearless movement”. Our teachers are there to guide and support you in class, but you get to make the call on what’s best for your body! If a movement doesn’t feel quite right for you, let us know and we’ll work with you to find one that does 👍

We have these reminders up on the wall in our studio so that you know you ALWAYS have options in class 🥰
