At The SCS we do fitness differently - we aren’t any old commercial gym & our prices reflect the boutique nature of our body positive studio. We have intimate & personal classes from 5 to 14 people maximum. And we pride ourselves on being a kind, compassionate fitness space for the she’s + they’s to escape to diet culture + build body trust + strength.

We’re full of community support, mentoring, education & we love setting up epic events for our members & local community to thrive.

We know each member by name & our mission is for you to be seen, heard & valued.

Intimate group classes- 7 days A WEEK

With a maximum of 12 people in our strength training classes and 14-16 in our mat classes, there’s always space to ask questions + get support from teachers when you need it

open gym - Mon to Fri

Join us from 7am to 4pm each weekday for you to come in and do your own workout using our equipment. A staff member is always there for support if needed.

REGULAR check ins from your coaches

Head coaches Chloe + Toni will check in on you via phone, text + email from time to time. You can always message them through our Momence booking app if you need help or support around your training.

ON DEMANd CLASSES

Access our library of 100+ classes that you can do at home! Accessed through our Momence class booking app.
