What I wish everyone knew about fitness

This is something I wish more people understood about fitness:

 

Fitness is a SKILL.

 

It's not some magical ability that some people are blessed with and some miss out on.

 

Just like learning to read, fitness is a skill that you can learn!

 

In the same way that the first book you read wasn't 'The Hobbit', the first thing you do in the gym won't be a 100kg deadlift.

 

But if you're taught how to move WELL, at a level that you're ready for, then you can practice and progress that skill and get better!
